Guidelines

These guidelines help to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone!

  • Buddy up! Everyone must arrive and wait in line together. Youth under 18 years old should be accompanied by an adult on weekdays prior to 3 p.m. during the academic school year unless it is a NYC public school holiday.
  • For your safety and the safety of others, please present all parcels and packages for inspection at the front desk. Sony Wonder Technology Lab (SWTL) does not have a storage facility. Baggage, large parcels, scooters, skateboards and in-line skates are not permitted in the museum.
  • Food, drinks, gum chewing, and running are not allowed in SWTL.
  • All guests must act in an orderly manner. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person at any time.
  • Please keep your possessions with you at all times. SWTL bears no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
  • Chaperones, counselors and counselors-in-training will not be issued swipe cards in order to ensure the safety of children in organized groups.
  • Organized groups are required to provide 1 chaperone per every 10 children in their supervision.
  • All guests represented by a ticket grant SWTL the right to use their likeness in any film, video or photography for any purpose whatsoever without payment to bearer.
  • Admission tickets have no monetary value and may not be sold.
  • Due to the extreme popularity of the Lab, all exits are final. Groups that have exited and wish to come back in must join the line to obtain a ticket for the next available time slot for line entry.
We look forward to your visit!
